At Soft Serve Pickleball Arena, we strive to provide the best experience for all our users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of services booked through our website or directly with us.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellations by Customers:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the booked time will be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund.

 

1.2 Cancellations by Soft Serve Pickleball Arena:

• If we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, weather conditions, or events beyond our control), customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds will only be processed for cancellations that comply with the cancellation policy outlined above.

• No refunds will be issued for “no-shows” or failure to use the booked service without prior notice.

 

2.2 Processing Time:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

 

2.3 Partial Refunds:

• For group bookings, cancellations of individual slots within the group booking may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to our approval and cancellation timelines.
